No Excuses or Justifications
In these times in history, the most egregious acts are blamed on others rather than on the perpetrators. Acts of invasion, genocide, supremacy, and other wrongful acts. They are normalized with irrational excuses and justifications, suggesting an ailing humanity where the evils of greed, inhumanity, and treason replace common sense: doing unto others as you would have them do unto you; it is, or it is not.
Lies are preferred and endorsed to the point of confusing human thinking in America, where racism applies to one side and not the other, like non-white immigrant rejection and South Africa’s rejection of White Nazi’s who are imported and accepted in America and given immediate and quiet land grants by the current regime. The regime that rejected and expelled those who aided America’s safety and battlefield efforts in Afghanistan without any concern or inquiries from the American people. Ignoring constitutional considerations in the process.
As the people of the Constitution of America, we have no excuses or justification for such behavior. This prompts the question: who are we now, and what have we become as America? As our common sense is being eroded and the light on the hill status is being dimmed by a regime that repeatedly disregards American principles, aiding and abetting adversaries and serving ill-fated Kool-Aid, dividing and slowly exterminating a nation built on common sense. There are no excuses or justifications for its current status as the evils of life taking center stage in America. A corrective measure has been suggested in previous posts.

Fear vs Respect
The previous post discussed a reality that unfortunately resonated negatively with some intellectuals because it depicted a generality associated with being above the fray of bullying and intimidation, factors that work for the bullies early in life. It has now become a survival technique, labeled respect for their status and a corrupt presidency, particularly in major corporate and media segments of America, where a bully criminal is given undeserved respect as protocol and good business practice. But in essence, it is still fear through bullying and intimidation.
Respect begins with oneself, regardless of status, and it does not mean letting someone force you to disrespect and harm others through your actions; even for a person of intellect and status, allowing a bully to get away with harming others is not respect.
These posts aim to awaken decency in those leading their industries in business, education, labor, the sciences, and religion to forsake their fear, respect themselves, and stand up to the bullying that is driving America to hell on earth when observing and tolerating the harms imposed by an out-of-control bully.
There is no rationale for the pending results if the bully is allowed to continue, not for the Average American or those in a different strata. Just look at how the bully is responding to Russia and Ukraine, where American alliance and trustworthiness are being embarrassingly shredded without intervention from any source in America because of fear, not respect, of responding to the bullying on behalf of an adversary.

Intellectual Comfort Zones?
The current regime's first institutional attacks targeted higher learning, having learned from early childhood that most of the smarter kids would not stand up to bullies but would accommodate or avoid them rather than confront them. Even though the smart kids acknowledged being bullied, they allowed the bullies to control their physical existence as a process of being isolated from the remaining population of kids.
They recognize and intellectualize the harms to democracy, civic life, and social life in America, without standing up to confront the perpetrators, higher costs for essential survival needs, deeper deficits leading to bankruptcy, and multiple forms of intimidation by the perpetrators. They are building playgrounds and monuments, renaming historical artifacts after themselves, while denying and destroying others. It is no mystery that the community of intellectuals knows exactly what the bullies are doing and why, and still allows them to continue. Even though their efforts are defined and understood historically by an intellectual community of academics as Authoritarian or dictatorial, totally contrary to the democracy America was and still should be, but for the sake of those in the know to stand up to the bullying processes attempting to destroy democracy and negate intellectual relevance under authoritarian rule. Starting at the top of the class: SCOTUS and the Legislative Institutions that were once filled with those who understood and argued for the Constitution, not against it. But now they're seated with those weakling childhood-smarter kids who were afraid to confront the bullies then, and now as adult smart people.
So as it was then, it is now left to the ordinary American people to confront the bullies and send them packing with their heads tucked in embarrassment and shame, which was usually influenced by women like the SCOTUS Hon.Jackson, present and hopeful Governors and Legislators Bass CA, Bottoms GA, Grisham NM, Hinojosa TX, Hobbs AZ, Hochul NY, Klobuchar MI, Nixion FL, Petola AK, Stratton IL, and others. All depend on the everyday American’s willingness to end the madness that consumes today’s America.

Safe Vs Right or Wrong
The magnitude of adjusted precepts on most matters reflects a willingness to distort or ignore reality to satisfy greed and a hunger for power. Something as simple as mainstream Media’s choice not to emphasize the magnitude of the American people's protests against the current actions of repression and suppression. Engaged by a greedy, powerful, self-interested collective of billionaires that influences governance policies contrary to the desires and needs of the American people who have not succumbed to their soul-stealing efforts.
Another example is the invasion of data centers, again at the center of the aforementioned collective efforts, ignoring the people’s desires and will. The media's lack of effort to support the American people with relevant facts sometimes casually references these ills. Historically, internal conflicts at CBS and other networks have played a role. It repeats the Murrow, Paley, Spiar era, when show executives clashed with reporters who railed against established power and wealth, and the right-versus-wrong debates in American journalism at the time. This is once again being exhibited by major networks influenced by wealthy and powerful, greedy segments, both domestic and foreign.
Many obvious examples are not mentioned here, but the point is that positive polling presented as reflecting the will of collective wealth does not always accurately depict the people's desires and will.
Simply put, if their tallies were correct for or against, there would be no need to influence broadcasters or denounce, restrict, and give large sums of money to defeat what is evidenced by the No-King turnout across America.
The safety and welfare of the people are also treated as a non-concern for the general public, beyond their contributions to the flow of wealth that ends up in the coffers of those contributing to the demise of democracy and the hardships that befall the American public. Let this sink in before you vote, or be disappointed after you do.

Taken For Granted
American beauties you won’t find in the high-end marketplaces or on the runways in L.A., New York, Miami, or Palm Beach. Beauties swept away in real time, without meaningful consideration from the American public.
Like the ability to use the restroom without being watched, or to speak privately on the phone, tells you where you are at any given moment, with a recorded history of your communications. This can be used in many scenarios, good or bad, by people you don't know, like Musk and Zuckerberg.
The freedom to act, say what, where, when, and for how long to protest against these actions now is dictated by those the American people entrusted with governance who no longer consider the people's will and thoughts.
The removal of the rights granted in the U.S. Constitution depends on a lack of interest in these matters until they occur. At which time, in most cases, it does not matter because the harms are done and enforced as lawful acts. Such as the No-Kings Protest and other attempts by the American people, from the outset, after taking American Liberty for granted.
This allows the perpetrators to do harm and use those liberties against the American beauties of the Constitution, including voting. A word of caution: Musk- and Zuckerberg-types are allowed to insert their intentions into the process. Unprecedented technological efforts become uncontrollable when they are taken for granted in the 2024 election process and used to support or discredit, depending on the perpetrators' desires.

Cold
Cold is the blood that traverses the veins of one who methodically forces thousands of humans to death by starvation and prides oneself on having done so. The heart that continues to lie and pillage its country’s resources while aiding and consoling its enemies in broad daylight.
The people of a nation who have become desensitized to the workings of cold-blooded evil spirits and uplift them as wonders to behold and praise, while evils prepare their individual and democratic existences for elimination through divisions and artificial intelligence that has no blood, warmth, or cold.
It is a cold, cold world, as Don Henley, the visionary songwriter and drummer for the Eagles, sings, and we should all acknowledge that, at this point, it is so only because we allow or want it to be. When carefully considered, it is an evil and irrational concept that should be rejected by any warm-blooded people in America and elsewhere. Fools argue for it, their blood frozen and their brains no longer capable of rationalizing what is plain to see and hear. Therefore, the efforts to stop the evils are left to those of warm blood and sober minds. The time is now because later will be too late.

Accusations Justified
Some commentators and readers believe that the Axis of Trump, other dictators, and the cabal of top-tier billionaires seeking to control the world, and that America, not excluded, is not a reality.
The actions and words of recent weeks: a summit of the world’s top ten +/_ billionaires, followed by a White House dinner where the same members of the cabal were featured guests, preceding an AI summit again of the same guests and designated as self-regulating commissioners of an industry they created but ultimately cannot control. Elon Musk’s denying Starlink access to Ukraine and Trump’s demanding that Ukraine stop bombing Russia’s diesel fuel facilities, and within days Trump publicly stating that an adversary of the United States is a friend of his and broke a standing embargo against that adversary to buy its diesel fuel. This corroborates the disputed Russian collusion claims argued and dismissed by some commentators and others who have bought into the triangle's perspectives.
Such actions are un-American in and of themselves, justifying the accusations of grifting and treason against the Constitution, which has not been a consideration in any of these efforts. Believing and supporting the efforts of the aforementioned cabal, dictatorial processes within and beyond American borders, and the allowance of international affairs engagement and interference as acts of the people without the people’s involvement and/or consent is beyond un-American and is dictatorial in practice.
The evidence suggests that the POTUS is being controlled/ influenced by the desires of adversarial dictates of the cabal and other dictators he now openly claims as people he likes, trusts, and are his good friends. This is no longer an accusation but a reality in governance, wealth accumulation, and the harm it causes America, since commentators and believers who dispute these truths have no real defense that proves otherwise.
These realizations demand stern recourse that addresses the cabal and the authoritarians simultaneously, as discussed in previous posts.

Repression and Suppression as Laws
Americans forced into hunger, homelessness, and denied medical care by executive decrees and legislative actions are victims of repression by these two governing sources.
Those who are denied the freedom to protest, speak, write, report, and vote against those declarations and legislation are suppressed by the same two governing sources and reinforced by a coincidentally top-to-bottom, hand-picked judiciary reinterpreting Constitutional principles intended for those being repressed and suppressed in America.
Allowed by a nation of people who are engaged with survival, entertainment, invisible puppeteering of illusory existences, and belief systems that initiate ignorance of the truths of repressions and suppressions. They are manufactured and intensified daily while ignoring the harms they create and excusing matters like the Epstein Files. Which evidently reveal something about the Billionaire cabal and the governing elements that is undesirable and unacceptable. Even to those who have made themselves subjects of the cabal. But it is considered a moot issue, and the case is closed by an AG appointed by the aforementioned governing sources, ensuring repression and suppression. Along with the treasonous grifting by the nation's governing bodies, supported by a billionaire cabal experimenting with the human tolerance capabilities as the Maestros of humanity. Using soulless and ignorant fools politically to do the work of repression and suppression to control a nation that should be in control of itself via its Constitution.
Facebook's refusal to allow these writings to be shared in group publications on FB, as a preventive measure against spam and scamming, justifies repression and suppression, even when such groups consider one a Top Contributor and these writings contain no profanity, sexual content, or other solicitations. This is a very small matter in the greater picture when all is considered.

Historical Omissions or Rewrites
Purposely done to project and protect supremacy fallacies that fuel the conflicts the world faces today. Gentiles are not of the seed of Abraham, contradicting Adam and Eve as the first humans; therefore, in one way or another, making Jews and Gentiles sisters and brothers. Or the gap between Columbus's arrival in the Caribbean, only to discover what is now known as Haiti, and the fact that it was already occupied by humans he had no idea about, even though he told his sponsors he was sailing to Asia, but has been translated and is celebrated as the discoverer of the Americas. Historical education omits a large segment of his ventures related to the inhabitants he found and slavery, leaving vast voids in historical representations of events while portraying him and the times as the whole truth.
That process is being practiced again by those who succumb to superiority ideologies, based on the omitted histories of Alexander the Great and Genghis Khan. Neither was from Caucasian regions, but from what was Africa before the designation of the Middle East, and their appearances were framed as Caucasian, like Jesus being born in Jerusalem, which was part of Africa before the divide. No one was considered Caucasian because, like today, the environment darkened everyone who did not travel northward and cross the Euphrates. The great discoveries and phenomena historically were by people of color like America's first inhabitants, who are and have been unapologetically diminished by the falsehoods that plague the nation to accommodate greed and supremacy.
Two factors that have contributed nothing meaningful to humanity as a whole. Like today's responses to Trump by a Pope, which mirror a Pope's response to Columbus, a response generally omitted from history. This harms nature and humanity in America and elsewhere, as the desires and demands of supremacy once again return to the fore in America and other places, where attempts to ignore, omit, and rewrite history consume the powers that be via greed and supremacy efforts.

Truth
Singular noun: That which is true or in accordance with fact or reality: Is argued, despised, and/or ignored by that which it is not, whether external or internal. Nonetheless, it remains the truth as it relates to all people, places, and things.
The United States of America has been and continues to be taken by lies and liars, constantly in need of shelter from the truth as it relates. But their actions reveal their truths, no matter how much they try to conceal them, because those truths are built on lies and are self-revealed over time.
The investigation of a Congresswoman who has been thoroughly vetted and elected by her constituents but has publicly disagreed with the Emperor's policies reflects the behavior of an Imperialistic society posing as a democratic ruler. Is an example of the above paragraph.
Defiance and attempts to circumvent the laws of this nation are another example of truth speaking for itself, but accepted or ignored to conform to the dictates of imperialistic leaders posing as democratically elected officials or naturalized citizens and practicing imperialistic behavior in America. The truth is evident in their actions, and the lies are offered to counter them; to date, the American people have not forcefully challenged them, waiting for someone else to take responsibility and do their bidding.
The latter has proven successful for the liars, as they control and manipulate the people and their affairs according to the principles of imperial, authoritarian rule, which is founded on fears initiated to maintain that rule with lies that are accepted or ignored in America.
Justice and liberty are the people who accept the principles of the Constitution, which rebuke what is happening in America, founded on greed and lies, rejecting its truth, and this truth is argued otherwise.
