Collective Responsibility

A reader of these posts commented in response to the current post Which Is Worse? His answer was Merritt Garland. An answer that prompted the thought that he was correct but only in part. Had the Democratic establishment demanded that he do his job appropriately, without hesitation and not as an act of retribution, but as a matter of following the dictates of the law, America would not be facing the wrath of a second Trump administration.

Another perspective also holds the American People accountable for not insisting that their voices be heard by Democrats and Republicans on The Hill. Therefore, the result is not a Dem, GOP, or Indie problem but an American problem to correct as it wreaks havoc in all areas of American life. 

Destroying significant effective health practices on a whim, draining America’s finances and resources with false and failing war efforts, spending billions on his personal adulation and self-enrichment, while canceling oversight of the people’s interests, protections, and provisions, falsely portraying circumstances as a shield for creating chaotic and harmful outcomes to America within America.

Recent dereliction of duty by the collective of the American People has allowed the final steps to installing an authoritarian government to occur through yielding the control of the DOJ to one not guided by the law but the dictates of the Authoritarian who has demonstrated control of Congress and the SCOTUS, and an attempt to control election processes via AI, capital investments, false claims, fearmongering, and gerrymandering.

There is nothing left for The People other than themselves collectively. To fend for themselves, which is an uphill battle against divisive efforts, penalties, and restrictions that are the edicts of the vengeful and demented authoritarian who recently stated things should be because it is how he feels or because I am The President. Which is Worse?
Blanche's confirmation as AG gives him control of America’s legal operations, but it is controlled by a criminal who disregards the principles of law outlined in America’s Constitution.  At the same time, it disregards or tries to rewrite International Law to satisfy its desire to be the ultimate law of the world.
As the leader of a country that has adhered to its own and international legal standards, indifferent to both.  Creating circumstances of isolation and insulation, internal and global.  The ramifications of both are suicidal in nature for America the Beautiful.
Why is it so hard to comprehend the obviousness of this administration, Congress, and SCOTUS as the culminations of years in the making of a plan to reduce America to something less than a Third World nation by positioning the elite to an unapproachable status while subjugating everyone else to servitude without restrictions and means to defend themselves against the new world order of Authoritarian Criminal Rule and no one to come their aid, when all is considered.  
A criminal being the law or the law as determined by a collective of criminals?  It is unfortunate for the world that America now has both.

To be processed through the Satellite installations of concentration camps being set up throughout America.  A plan that is near completion that began a few years back dressing up and educating Klansmen and other anti American democracy disciples and elevating them to positions of authority that ID as MAGA or the Republican Establishment that is now putting the final elements of that plan into action to creat a Great Again America not realizing that adversaries are manipulating them through one that has an unending commitment to the adversaries and a vindictive motive for the rejection that put him in the hands of americas enemies internally and externally.  assigned to destroy American Democracy for both consideration for his survival and reward with the spoils he could take in the process.  While the American people observe and wait for someone to come to their aid, never realizing they are the saviors of themselves.  Nothing can be worse than this.

Comprehending a Snake-Bitten Society
The previous post outlined authoritarian rule processes and progressions in today’s America not as a theoretical exercise, but as real-time happenings that some will try to justify but can in no way truthfully deny.  Coming to power through fearmongering with distorted truths, dividing and ruling, limiting free speech, subjugating the press, limiting minority and women’s rights, and taking over the Judiciary are examples of undeniable authoritarian efforts underway in America.  Implemented by the executive branch of government through Congress, the DOJ, and the SCOTUS.  Formulating a regime that serves itself, and a Cabal of ultra-wealthy sponsors forcing the working middle class into a single unit of forever servitude, and those of lesser means forced into resistance, trying to survive attempts to eliminate their presence and past from the America being made great again efforts.
There was a time when the collection of just votes would be sufficient to correct these anti-American efforts.  Considering the Modi-Oprehendi of the Authoritarian process, which in part is to plant seeds of doubt to shield the actual procedures engaged by the regime, that is what they have prepared the public to believe about their opposition.  The claims of rigged elections and faulty voting processes are the setup for nearing elections to justify contesting or interfering with the results of the process pro or con by the regime intent upon remaining in power at all costs and by any means, AI included, like the 2024 election where such efforts were successful for the Regime.
By all means, vote, and do so with large turnouts!  HOWEVER, IT IS DOLLARS THAT FUEL THE ENGINES OF POWER.  It is all the people not in the Cabal and the upper echelon of the regime that supply the fuel that powers the engines of power.  What would happen to an engine if its fuel is shut off?  Indicative of the anti-venom for a snake-bitten society and its ability to ensure the intended results of its votes.

Beyond Reasoning

Giving an enemy a loaded weapon because it asked for it, and stepping into its line of fire without resistance because it tells one to do so, makes no sense under any circumstances. The POTUS is the enemy, Blanche is the weapon, and America is the victim.

Per the request of some readers of Bill Bellamy’s post, this post will address the steps of year one under authoritarian rule:

1. Come to power by fearmongering, but their victory will be achieved through democratic processes, which will find arguments for their unpatriotic actions,
2. Divide and rule, call their supporters patriots and others traitors and enemies of the state.
3. Subjugate State media; make them propaganda outlets and, through legal means and threats, attempt to control mainstream Media and limit free speech, labeling them unpatriotic and “Fake”.
4. Create Chaos, fake harm to themselves, and maintain a constant sense of conflict and danger, as a reason to enact XOs with each one further limiting freedoms and civil liberties, in the alleged interest and good of the people.
5. Distort truths, blatantly lie, distract to make facts be forgotten, and sedate the need to find the truth with post-truths and alternative facts that replace knowledge and logic with emotion and fiction.
6. Incite and then lead superficial scandals, smearing opposition with trivial accusations. To serve as smoke screens for the illegal steps being taken toward totalitarianism.
7. Propose laws to provoke outrage to redirect the people's focus while pushing through legislation that further erodes democracy.
8. Attack sensibilities where most effective: women and minorities. Proceed as majority rule without regard for those minorities—foreigners and immigrants as potential threats. Racial, Religious, sexual, and other minorities will be enemies of the order and security they supposedly will provide. Challenge women's social status, undermine gender equality, and interfere with reproductive rights.
9. Take control of the Judiciary, assault the highest courts. Remove checks and balances to enact unconstitutional legislation. By controlling the judiciary, they can threaten anyone who defies them with prosecution, including the press.
10. Limit freedom of assembly as an act of security with laws prioritizing state events and rallies or those of a certain type of ideology. They can say who can demonstrate; they can forcefully disperse, arrest, and prosecute others.
11. Distort the language, coin new terms and labels until accepted and normalized, and subconsciously associate with whom they choose. Their slogans have double meanings, strengthening their supporters and instilling angst in their opponents.
12. Take over national symbols, associate them with their regime. Remake them into attributes of their power.
13. Rewrite history to suit their needs and use education systems to support their agenda. Smear historical or living images that do not approve of their actions and intents.
14. Alienate foreign allies and partners, claiming we don't need them. Supposedly focus on making America great again, and at the same time ruin the economy to fulfill populist promises and self-enrichment.
15. Manipulate electoral systems, claiming to correct flaws and create a fairer process.

We witness every step, but we refuse to believe it or take appropriate action against the perpetrators. Why? The next post will further explore the steps in search of keys to resolve.

Justifying One's Wrongs: Blaming Others

A previous post discussed the normalization of liars and lying as an acceptable process of education, faith, and governance by a segment of Americans. It is used to justify their personal deviations from the truth as it relates. 

It is illustrated as blame/finger pointing and malicious falsehoods that ease the conflicting internal struggles of wrong over right. As currently demonstrated, this is another attempt to alter the realities of Trump’s handling of the onset of the COVID-19 era, which was inundated with falsehoods by him, and is now being addressed as an act of retribution against Dr. A. Fauci. Conducted by his Minions on The Hill to deflect and distract from his activities in The Epstein Files, his Iranian war efforts, the attempt to confirm his personal attorney and leader in his war against the Constitution, Todd Blanche, as the Attorney General of the United States of America, and his unfulfilled promises to his mainstream supporters who are not of the oligarchy Cabal. 

These efforts destabilize justice and divide the American people, while enriching himself, his family, and the Cabal simultaneously. With schemes like the leakage of military arsenal shortages, knowing that such a claim would allow Congress to appropriate more funds that would end up in his family and Cabal members of the Military Complex Accounts.

Such actions are travesties for democracy because the confirmation of Blanche would ensure more injustices with impunity by this administration while increasing the deficit and forcing the sale of American assets to The Trumps and the Cabal of trillionaires and billionaires as their domination efforts of the American People are fortified simultaneously. Educating the public with falsehoods about any element that does not accept their actions as Communist, Fascist, and Liberal Socialist and anti-Christ. When their activities are indicative of all these labels as the cause for their actions toward America.

By the way, this process aligns with the Fifteen Steps to Authoritarian Rule, which are buried, forgotten, or ignored in the minds of America, inundated with justifications of falsehoods and wrongdoings, through blaming others to gain acceptance of what has and is becoming normal that is abnormal in nature.

Desperation and Excuses

Should one without prejudice chronicle the current state of Trump and the Republican MAGA Institution, the discoveries will suggest hidden, misleading misrepresentations of facts and physical matters to deceive and devalue America’s profiles of financial stability, justice, and liberty, domestic and global.

Beginning with the installation of the POTUS, stated as such, because when summarizing the efforts that allow it to happen. Like election interference that planted seeds of doubt from the outset in Arizona, Georgia, the Carolinas, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Nevada, Virginia, and other states, combined with the Elon Musk and SCOTUS interventions to support the assertion of installation.

These actions have normalized lying as a routine practice of the White House, DOD, DOJ, DHS, FBI, and other institutions that have been stripped of oversight personnel by the liar and criminal installed as the POTUS to protect the lies and efforts of the installed, who is the principal actor of America’s demise at every level.

Acts of Desperation intensify as the harms, domestic militarized forces, self-glorifications, and profiteering/tarrifs benefitting the oligarchy intensify, as the needs of the people intensify and are ignored or countered with excuses, threats and force founded on falsehoods and a presumption that the majority of Americans are too fearful or ignorant to recognize and rectify the efforts against them, as the body of America is under attack by liars.

These general citations are obvious to everyone in the world and are treated with disdain by most of the world. At the same time, Americans await the magical arrival of a solution to their demise that is not coming but is and always has been here as the power of the people as the defense against the liars' efforts that hide, mislead, and represent the power of the people to eradicate any problem it faces. Simply put, if We The People stop believing in producing the powers of the dollars for just a few moments. It would then stop the bullets to the heads and hearts of our nation. Instead, believe in each other collectively and stop producing the functions of the dollar for a moment as an exercise of the people to control their destiny; there will be nothing the oligarchy or the enemies they installed or appointed can do that isn’t being done in scaled measures against the people currently with the beleif that the American People have been conditioned never to commit or consider such measures against the institution of liars and their installers as the key to Equality, Justice, and Liberty granted by the Constitution as rightful act to rectify any wrongs against it. To include those desperate for dominion, casting blame and excuses for their inability to do right by the Constitution and the people it designates as Americans.

In The Grip of Evil 

No good is in the plans of men and women who have blood on their hands, direct or indirect.

There is no justice in a land where one man controls everything as an authoritative dictator, president, or king simply because they are shrouded in constant fear of losing everything, which quickly desensitizes their brain, transferring the discomforts of such an existence to others as fear and pain that transform them into obedient subjects securing the authority's rein. Placing them in the grips of evil hands covered with blood, direct or indirect, seen and unseen. Fake assassinations and staged murderous plots where someone else dies instead, with bullets to the head, or slips and falls to their death down the stairs, alleged suicides and favorable treatments for convicted criminals of a bevy of crimes.

Not to be forgotten are the unjust edicts that remove the safety, security, and sustenance of those most vulnerable to the hardships imposed that have led to and will increase bloodshed of disagreeing people on the streets of America to ensure the rein, build monuments, and glorify evil's name. 

Some can and will disagree with this assertion; truth does not purport itself as comfortable or easy in an evil environment, because in and of themselves they are different from each other when all is considered. Prompt the choice to remain in the grips of evil Authoritarians and their oligarchy sponsors or stand up to cowards as the Iranians have chosen to do, right or wrong depending on one's view, and free oneself from the grip of evil by fighting fire with fire. 

Their evil grip and its security and power are founded on wealth, which is provided by We The People, the first truth to be realized and understood as the key to unlock the chains of evil that bind We The People of the United States of America.

We will leave you with that thought for a moment before delving deeper into the process, which is the point where the providers censor my posts and shut me down for a while. Still, we will keep trying to expand on this key and how to use it in another post with language that does not upset the algorithms that control free speech.

Right or Wrong: Your Choice
The first response to any situation, physical or psychological, is self-consideration, even when it puts oneself at risk, like a parent rendering themselves to save their child. So goes the process of right and wrong, regardless of who, when, or where.
Everyone in America is here as part of a migration that occurred at some point in time as circumstances dictated. The first recognition was humans in the designated order of the animal kingdom, and other designations followed relative to points of origin. To say nothing has changed to date but the psychological ownership of something that was never really deeded to one or the other by nature. Everything in nature migrates freely: ants, bees, and other insects; beasts of the jungles and fields; birds and fish of the seas, unless human or natural occurrences change this process.
America today ignores the people-first aspect of migration. It prefers to label migration with negative implications as right or wrong, depending on the judgments of people who consider themselves to be of a higher order of humanity.
This process has opened the floodgates to malice and falsehoods, with implications beyond migration to incarcerations and rebellions that are and will be cited as causes for more arrests, and genocide in America along with other subplots of human denials as American policies, as demonstrated in the Middle East and elsewhere, situation once inconcieve=eble in America are happing now in America generatrated by those perceived among themselves to be of a higher order of humanity. Thus empowering them to make and enforce these determinations accordingly for the American People.
Right or Wrong is now a choice the American people have to make: one or the other, and do it soon, before the opportunity to choose is foreclosed by those who believe, consider, and proceed as the higher order of humanity without regard for what is right or wrong.

The Root
Every thought has a root that is based on something that is or is not.  A seed that germinates from fertilization grows into the outcome of that seed until its process is reversed, and it returns to its origin in the earth as something unknown after its death.  However, the spirit of something lingers and lives on as the falsehoods and truths of its existence from the root.  As a cause and effect forever in time.
That being said, the root of the problems besieging America from the outset is the contradictions between truth and lies maturing as life in America by those who adhere to and wholeheartedly believe the dictates of its Pre-Amble and Constitution and those who do not, regardless of one's proclamations.
Thus, the initial outcome is an individual choice that is actualized, justified, and manipulated accordingly, as the truth of one’s existence, be it bigotry, greed, lust, racism, or whatever, is counterintuitive to the dictates of the Pre-Amble and Constitution, which reflect common sense factors of most reasonable social order.
Hence, the lies by those openly or secretly in disagreement with these truths disturbed and rebelling against them by falsely accusing those who do as communists, fascists, and/or socialists without clarity of their meanings.  When defined, it is in truth reflective of their behaviors instead—aligning themselves with lies and a liar, internal and external, causing chaos in America that can only be remedied by the dictates of the truths of the Pre-Amble and Constitution when and if they are accepted and enforced accordingly, regardless of perception, perspectives, and statuses as the root of the American seed.
Let's get busy and put The Root/ Constitution to work rather than have it destroyed and all that are its offshoots by liars, angered, confused, and misled with lies by other liars.

Justice Defied and Denied as Justice

The world has become a three-ring spectacle where deception is the rule, and the public is assumed to be fools by a collection of fools who are current Heads of state. 

In this post, we will address Ring #1, the United States of America, where states are united only in name and divided by the ideologies of a fool who is its Head of State. Designated a fool because his previous and present existence has been in a constant state of foolery that has been adjudicated and viewed as buffoonery and crimes by the courts and the world. Necessitating the need to defy and deny justice by deception to the public as being legal and forthright action on its behalf while being anything but. To be the undeniable factual real-time Head of State existence of Donald J Trump and the current state of the United States of America.

Leads to the questions of why and what for Trump, and why and for how long for the American People? The records of this administration show no favorable efforts for the people unless one considers statues painted with real gold and a botched recoating of a reflection pool at a cost of millions of dollars and windfall profits for the wealthiest segments, including Trump and his immediate family. Done one way or another with the people’s money, a significant benefit for everyday Americans. Which one hopes is not the case. So what is his intended outcome of these efforts: self-glorification and the defiance and denials of justice, like the Epstein Files and Trump arguing something is a crime because he says it is, and getting his personal attorney to head the DOJ, which he and Trump have shrouded and show no regard for beyond shielding Trump’s wrongdoings. Like the crusades to pursue those Trump perceives as his enemies but frames them as enemies of the people, an obvious attempt to justify his actions and deceive the public because he says so.

America is a just nation, and we should respond in kind to every situation and thought without exception and/or delay.
